Think of Liftkeeper as a base or an open platform. With this design you can easily configure the system to fit your company's needs. We also made it very easy to add customized features to the base system.
We did this because we know that each Elevator Service company is unique and no one software will fully fit everybody's needs.

Liftkeeper's webserver-based architecture puts it in real power when it comes to wireless access. Along with the rest of the application, this will also give you much freedom. We know that each handheld device works a little different so we made this module template-based. This allows us to customize to any Smartphone, Pocket PC or PDA device you already have or decide to get for your mechanics, salesreps or managers. With our flexible security control, we can limit the amount of information available remotely.
We can also set up customer signature capture, GPS tracking or automatically attached pictures taken by the device of the elevator to each job or service call.

Liftkeeper is not an accounting system nor do we have plans to make it one. Instead we designed it to work with any major accounting package.
So, if you already have an accounting system, we will work with you to connect Liftkeeper to it. If you don't, let us help you set one up.
